Top class villa in perfect location 5/5
Lovely 5 star villa, short walk ro the town and beach, good size heated pool and lots of outdoor space for relaxing with hot tub.
Four good size bedrooms with large kitchen, lounge and dinning room, furnished to a very high standard. with multi channel tv and everything you need to be home from home

We stayed at the villa beginning of January and had a lovely stay.
We were greeted by Linda and Richard who were very welcoming and showed up around and how everything worked.
It was a nice surprise to be left with supplies for when we arrived for a bite to eat, water and beer. Other villas we've previously stated at we've had to pay for this.
The villa itself is lovely, very spacious great pool area and cover if you need shade.
We travelled with our 9 month old baby and the villa was well equipped for this. We even asked Linda if there was any chance of having a baby walker and she arranged this on the day we arrived.
5 minute walk down to the main strip and about a 25 minute walk to the old town area.
Overall fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and if going to lanzarote again in a group would look to book again.
